Who sells the packs

The packs are sold by Synaptum Digital LTD, a company registered in Cyprus that trades as Cyprus Tax Life. Registered office: Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus. Email: contact@cyprustaxlife.com. Phone: +357 95 142338.

What you buy

Each pack is a digital download: a PDF guide and an Excel tracker, in English. The packs page and the payment page list what each pack covers and how many pages its PDF has. Nothing is sent by post.

The packs are general information about Cyprus tax and residency, as the law stood on the date printed on the cover. They are not tax, legal or financial advice for your own situation.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars if you buy from the United States and in euros everywhere else. They include any VAT or other tax that applies. For now the packs are not sold in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card or bank details never reach us. The charge appears on your statement as CYPRUS TAX LIFE.

You can also buy any three packs you choose, or all six, together for one price that is lower than their prices added up. The packs page shows these prices. The receipt lists each pack in the bundle with its share of the price. Promotion codes cannot be used on a bundle.

Delivery

As soon as your payment goes through, your download page opens and we email you a link to it. Bank payments take a few working days to reach us, and the email goes out when they do. The link in the email works for 30 days from the day we send it, as often as you need, so download the files and keep them. After that, write to us and we will help. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.

If a purchase is refunded in full, or disputed with your bank, its link stops working.

Your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. The law makes an exception for digital content delivered straight away: the right ends once the delivery starts, if you asked for it and accepted that you would lose the right. At checkout you do both by ticking the box before paying, and the order email confirms it. So once your files are available, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.

If something is wrong

• A file does not open, is damaged or is not what the pack description says: write to us and we send you a working copy or fix it. If we cannot, we refund you.
• You bought the same pack twice by mistake: write to us and we refund the second purchase.
• You were charged but got no email: write to us from the address you paid with and we send your files.

Please write to contact@cyprustaxlife.com before you dispute a charge with your bank, it is the fastest way to solve it. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law.

Using the files

The packs are for your own use. You can print them and keep copies on your devices, but you cannot share, resell or publish them, in full or in part. Each PDF carries the email address it was bought with.

Liability

Every figure in the packs is checked against the sources each pack lists, but the law changes and your situation may be different. As far as the law allows, our liability for a pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that the law does not let us limit.

Your data

We use your email and billing details to deliver the pack, send the order email and keep the records the law requires. See the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can take a claim to its courts.
