Who sells the consultation

The consultation is sold by Synaptum Digital LTD, a company registered in Cyprus that trades as Cyprus Tax Life. Registered office: Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus. Email: contact@cyprustaxlife.com. Phone: +357 95 142338.

What you buy

A 30-minute video call with an expert from our partner advisory firm in Cyprus. Within 24 hours of your payment we introduce you to the expert by email. You can ask them all your questions and book the call on their Calendly, at a time that suits you, within 60 days of your payment.

The call gives you guidance on the questions you bring, based on what you tell the expert. It is not a full written tax or legal opinion. If you want the firm to do more work for you after the call, you agree it and pay for it with them directly.

Price and payment

The consultation costs €30, or US$34 if you buy from the United States. The price includes any VAT or other tax that applies. Payment is by card through Stripe, and your card details never reach us. The charge appears on your statement as CYPRUS TAX LIFE.

Cancellations and refunds

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For a service, that right ends once the service has been fully provided, if you asked us to start within those 14 days and accepted that you would lose the right. At checkout you do both by ticking the box before paying, and the order email confirms it. So:

• Up to 24 hours before your call, you can cancel and we refund you in full, or move the call to another time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the call or do not join it, the call counts as used.
• Once the call has taken place, the service has been fully provided, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you have not booked your call within 60 days of your payment, the consultation expires and is not refunded. If the expert could not offer you a time within those days, we refund you in full instead.
• If we cannot give you the call, we refund you in full.

To cancel, write to contact@cyprustaxlife.com from the address you paid with. Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank, it is the fastest way to solve it. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for the consultation is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that the law does not let us limit.

Your data

To make the introduction we share your name and email address with the expert. We also use your email and billing details to confirm the order and keep the records the law requires. See the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can take a claim to its courts.

The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones on this page on the day you bought.
