Why We Are Building This

As Cyprus expats running our own Ltd, we spent hours every quarter organizing receipts for our accountant. Digital receipts buried in email, paper receipts from restaurants and shops, fuel tickets from the car.

Our accountant needs everything in a specific format: date, vendor, amount, category, and the receipt image. We built a tool to do this automatically because we needed it ourselves.

Does it work with any accountant?

Yes. The export format is a standard spreadsheet with receipt images that any accountant can use. However, it is specifically optimized for the accountants in our network, who are already familiar with the format. If you do not have an accountant yet, we can connect you with one for free through our <a href="/services/find-accountant" style="color:var(--color-accent);text-decoration:underline">Find an Accountant</a> service.

Which email providers are supported?

Gmail and Outlook at launch. We will add more based on demand.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only scan for receipt-related emails. Your data is encrypted and never shared. You can disconnect your email at any time.
