How do I choose between video report and live call?
If you want to review the property calmly and share it with your partner or family, choose the video report. If you want an interactive experience where you can ask follow-up questions in real time and even talk to the landlord, choose the live video call. Both options include all your pre-submitted questions being addressed.
How quickly can you schedule a visit?
Typically within 2-3 business days of your request. We coordinate with the landlord/agent and confirm the date and time with you in advance.
Can I ask about contract terms during the visit?
Absolutely. That is one of the main benefits. You send us your questions beforehand: contract start date, duration, deposit amount, price negotiation, pet policy, anything. During a live call you can also ask follow-up questions directly.
Can I sign a rental contract remotely after the visit?
Yes, many landlords in Cyprus accept remote contract signing. We can help facilitate the process by asking the landlord about their requirements during the visit. Some landlords accept digital signatures, others may need a local representative.
What if the property is not what I expected?
That is exactly why this service exists - to protect you from signing a contract for a property that does not match the listing photos. If the property disappoints, you have saved yourself a flight and hotel costs. We give you our honest recommendation.
Do you visit the property alone or with the landlord?
We always coordinate with the landlord or their agent to be present during the visit. This way we can ask your questions directly and get immediate answers about the contract, the property, and the terms.
What if I want to visit multiple properties?
